The Reserve Program puts a private propane reserve underground on your property, ready for a grid failure, a supply shock or a price spike. It keeps your heat, power, hot water and cooking running when others can't.

Choose your reserve

  • The Holdout: 4 tanks, 4,000 gal (~3,200 usable)
  • The Stronghold: 8 tanks, 8,000 gal (~6,400 usable)
  • The Sovereign: 16 tanks, 16,000 gal (~12,800 usable)

Usable fuel is based on an 80% fill.

Every reserve includes

  • ASME underground propane tanks
  • Site excavation and grading
  • Certified backfill and compaction
  • Cathodic protection system
  • All permits and jurisdiction filing
  • Required inspections
  • Manifold and regulation train (dual-row for 8 tanks, quad-row for 16)
  • Gas line to the residence
  • Leak and pressure testing

How it works

  1. 01 Site survey: we assess your property and plan the reserve.
  2. 02 Permitted install: we handle permits, excavation, setting the tanks and inspections.
  3. 03 Buried and full: the tanks are buried and filled, and only discreet access lids remain.

Optional add-ons

  • Poured and anchored concrete slab: $14,400 (Holdout), $28,800 (Stronghold), $54,720 (Sovereign, 5% off)
  • Cellular and satellite monitoring: $899 one-time plus $99/yr
  • Semi-annual inspection and test: $109/yr per tank
