Refund policy

Tankfarm Steel sells propane tanks and installation packages that we deliver and install at your home, so returns work differently than at a typical online store.

Cancellations before installation. You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before your tank is delivered. Email support@tankfarm.io to cancel.

After installation. We can't take back installed tanks or completed installation work. If something is wrong with your tank or the installation, contact us and we'll make it right, including any repair or replacement covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Damage at delivery. Please let us know right away if your tank arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, and we'll replace it at no cost.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. For Affirm or Shop Pay Installments, the refund goes back through that lender. Your bank may need a few business days to post it.
